Where are you located?

Our boutique is located in Ocean Grove. However, we offer Australia wide express postage. We also have various pick up and delivery options available.

Do you offer try on appointments? 

Yes. We offer try on appointments at our boutique in Ocean Grove. Please see our 'try on appointments' page to book.

How do I hire an outfit? 

Please contact us via the ‘contact’ page on our website or via our social media accounts (@og.outfithire).

Do you offer postage? 

Yes. We offer express postage Australia wide for an additional cost of $30. Please read the 'postage' section of our terms & conditions for further information. All postage orders for the upcoming weekend must be placed by no later than 12:00pm on the Tuesday prior.

Do you offer pick up or delivery? 

Yes. We offer pick up from our Ocean Grove boutique and delivery is also available within the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and Geelong region.

Do I have to wash the garment? 

No, you don't. We'll take care of the washing for you and a cleaning fee is included in your hire price. Just hire it, wear it and return it. 

Will you have more outfits & sizes available? 

Yes, we will. As a small business, it is difficult to purchase a lot of outfits and various sizes when starting out. We are continually working hard behind the scenes to grow OG Outfit Hire and our vison is to have more outfits and a variety of sizes available in the near future. Always keep your eyes peeled for new arrivals!
